Red Wine Apple Cider Sangria

1 bottle fruity red wine

2 cups Salty Swallow cider

2 apples sliced up

4 cardamom pods - crush those babies up

4 whole cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

1 star anise

Dump all those ingredients into a large pitcher or flower vase and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Fill glasses with ice then pour sangria over top. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, star anise, and apple slices, and send it!

Smoky Apple Cider margaritas

2 oz of mezcal tequila

1 cup of Salty Swallow cider

1 oz fresh lime juice

2 tsp agave nectar

cinnamon + sugar + salt for that salty rim

apple slices for garnish if you’re into that schizz

Combine everything. Rim that glass. Put ice in a glass. Add margarita. Drink.

Aperol Cider Spritz

1 oz of aperol

a bottle of Salty Swallow cider

apple juice. or just more cider.

apple slices + rosemary for garnish

Fill your glass with ice. Add everything. Garnish like a true badass.

Earl Gray Apple Cider

a cup of brewed earl gray tea

a bottle of Salty Swallow Cider

1 lemon, juiced

1/4 tsp vanilla

lemon twists for fancy garnish

Make a cup of earl gray tea. Let it brew real good and then dump it into a cocktail shaker of ice. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Shake it like you mean it. Add the cider. Strain into glasses of ice. Pinky up, cheers!
